Orders are normally delivered within 3 working days using a suitable delivery service. Depending on the order, we may use Royal Mail, DPD or DHL.

Where Click & Collect is available, collection is free. Collection orders are normally prepared within 1 working day, and customers will be contacted when the order is ready.

Customers should not travel to the collection location until confirmation has been received that the order is ready.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our 30-day returns policy allows customers to request a return within 30 days of receiving their order, subject to the applicable return conditions.

Returned products should, where reasonably possible, be in their original condition and include the original packaging, accessories and other items supplied with the product.

Once a returned item has been received and assessed, any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Please allow up to 5 working days for us to process a refund after the return has been received and approved. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

All products purchased from Oldmarkt are covered by a 2-year warranty.
