30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is received.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Products should, where reasonably possible, be returned in their original condition and with the original packaging, accessories and other items supplied with the product.

Items should not have been unnecessarily used, damaged or altered after delivery.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged or a product develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and information about the issue.

We may ask you to provide photographs or other relevant information so that we can assess the problem. Once reviewed, we will advise you of the appropriate next step, which may include a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

2-Year Warranty

All products purchased from Oldmarkt are covered by a 2-year warranty.

The warranty covers product defects and faults arising during normal use within the applicable warranty period.

If you experience a problem with your product, please contact our customer support team with your order details and a description of the issue.

The warranty does not cover problems resulting from misuse, accidental damage, improper installation, unauthorised modifications or normal wear and tear.

Refunds
